More Summer Fun

Lance and I had a chance to get away for a very short little vacay. We left Blake for the first time (for more than a night while actually going out of town) and met up with some of our best friends in Orlando! We had such a great time and loved getting to spend some time with Leslie, Brad & Owen.

How cute is Owen?! He was so good, too! Such a good little traveler.

Yummy drink? Yes! Ridiculously large glass to take home? For sure!

When we got back, Leslie and I got to go with Brittany for her first prenatal appointment. We had so much fun and were so proud of Brittany for surviving her first visit. What a special moment getting to see "the little bean" for the first time with one of my dearest friends. Definitely a moment I will never forget! After the doctor's visit we all met up with Ash for some girl time and lunch at McAllister's. YUM!

Blake has been enjoying going outside. In fact, he would love to be outside 24/7. We have still been going to bootcamp in the mornings then come home for some outside (outside of the stroller) time and nap.

What more could you need?

If he can stand on it, he will.

Silly boy! You use your hands to write. - Ever since Grandma let him draw in her notebook he has been all about the pen. We're hoping that this will entertain him for a little bit on the plane.

We spent the 4th of July in Kingwood with some of our other besties, The Heathcott Bunch, and went swimming and spent some time in the sun. Blake wasn't too sure what to think of the big bathtub (the pool), but I know it won't be long before he's slidin' down the slide like his "cousin" Harper. We got to town in time to swim for a bit and then I took Blake over to my parent's house to take a nap. There was too much going on at The Woodward's and I knew he was pooped. I went back over and got to enjoy a yummy lunch and some sun, fun, and friend time with Ally, Cam, Harper, the triplets & Addy & Poppy Woody :) Here are a few pictures. When you're chasing a little one around a pool, you don't get to take too many pictures.

The rest of the week Blake and I have been going to bootcamp, running errands, and getting ready for our trip to Nebraska for Katelyn & Tom's wedding. I'll be sure to post pictures of Blake in his cute suit when we get back :)
