Lance thought it would be a good idea to read the directions on the fire extinguisher while the grease was heating up. Thankfully we did not need it.

Oh fried turkeys...how I miss them! I love the photo of Lance checking out the fire extinguisher. We needed one when we fried a turkey in Corpus before we moved out!
