Focus, Julie!

OK, so yesterday I was trying to get some things done (read: doing anything I could to avoid actually doing homework) and stopped for a minute to look around. I had started several tasks and gotten sidetracked and never finished. I had begun to clean out the coffee maker, was folding clothes and unloading the dishwasher and was only about halfway through with all of these tasks. Coffee pot open, dishwasher open and half empty, kitchen cabinet doors open and me in the laundry room folding clothes. This is the story of my life...I can't focus on one thing. When I'm on the phone I have to be walking around - cleaning something usually. I have to be doing multiple things at once or I feel like I'm not being productive. AND when I do focus and get my homework started I can only work for a short period of time, thirty minutes max, before I have to do something else - check my emails, clean something, call someone etc. Do you think I could possibly be ADD?! I'm thinking maybe....

Sounds like you are getting ready for motherhood!!! Multitasking is a qualification. See you tomorrow at Gale and Wes.

Julie,

I just use a food processor. I have a couple of cookbooks and I just do what it says.

The Petite Appetit
Cooking for Baby
Superfoods for Baby

I've been using the first two the most, but the 2nd one has a lot of mixtures that I'm sure I'll get into soon, since we're getting better at eating.

I haven't bought a jar. I have seen some that friends use and they make me want to vomit...at least the meats do. But we all ate them and liked them...
