October

Well, I guess I might as well resign myself to the fact that I'm lucky to get a monthly 'review' post. Oh, well. Maybe one day I will be a rock star blogger. Until then, this will have to work.

October came and went and I honestly don't know what all we did. We celebrated (in spirit) the following birthdays:  Suzy, Katelyn, Lance's dad, my dad, Bryan, Cheryl, Tom, Joni & Lynsey and the following anniversaries: my parents and Lance's dad and Carol.

We got to hang out with some of the Matco bunch at the annual, albeit a little late (darn wildfires!), BBQ. Blake enjoyed playing on Wes & Gale's playset and inspired us to ask Santa to bring him one for Christmas. We'll see if Santa delivers. :)

Leslie and I went with Brittany to register for all of the gear she will need for baby Reese. I can't wait to meet this sweet, sassy little girl.
We celebrated Blake's 2nd Halloween with a visit to the St. James Fall Fest with Leslie, Brad & Owen on Saturday and then passing out candy on Halloween. Blake is still a little small to really enjoy trick-or-treating, so we just dressed him up in each of his outfits and took some pictures. I learned that he is not a big fan of things on his head. He looked super cute in his elephant costume (Thank you, Cash for sharing!) but wasn't a big fan of the ears.
